Abstract
This paper explores the Chinese policy environment of foreign direct investment (FDI) from theoretical and positive aspects. It analyzes the FDI policy requirement of enterprises in developing countries, the FDI policy circumstance in developed countries and the issues in FDI of Chinese enterprises, then puts forward suggestions on how to construct integrated Chinese policy system of FDI.
