Decision-Making Model Used in the Negotiation Process of the Applicability of Public Policy

Public policy making is an important political behavior,as well as a regular activities of public decision-making system in social and political life.Presently our traditional public policy making mode has many defects,which dbstructures the realization of social public interests.Transformation of the diversification of social structure requires the abandoning of the disadvantages of traditional public policy making mode and changing to the modern public policy formulation pattern gradually in public policy formulation.The paper is based on the actual situation of China's development,invovatively using several forms of decision models in public policy formulation process,such as citizen hearing,citizen conference,the democratic communion convention,key public contact,experts for clients,network communication.So as to promote the citizen participation in government decision effectively,ensure that public policy formulation openness,transparency,and scientific.
