Abstract

n software engineering or specifically in requirements engineering(RE),users' requirements frequently appear to be uncertainty and thus that has become one of the main concerns in ente rprise informationisation practices. This is particularly a key issue for enter-prise information system engineering.Upon expanding the model base and analysing the current situation of domain models,a model-based approach is proposed to address the uncertainty of users' requirements. The basic logic and activity-based procedure for such a method of addressing users' requirements are described.A project example is given,in which the ARIS(architecture of integrated in-formation systems) reference models are employed to clarify users' requirements. The research suggests that the model-based approach is used to efficiently deal with uncertain requirements in enterprise information system engineering.
