Abstract
With the development of the global economic integration,money laundering turns more and more rampant.As the vehicle of capital flows,financial field becomes the main way of money laundering.For the financial institutions which are in the front line of the anti-money laundering,anti-money laundering is a game with money launderer,which reveals a paradox of encouragement.And their private cost of engaging in anti-money laundering which is less than the public benefit but exceeds the private benefit is one of typical products with external positive effect.It is the method that limits money laundering and improves anti-money laundering essentially to use administrative or economic means to change the cost-benefit contrast of anti-money laundering and to make the external effect internalized.
