Abstract
[Objective]To primary explore the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP)and serum lipid levels.[Methods]The CRP and blood lipid in serum of 631 adults in communities were detected in August 2006,so as to analyze the change of blood lipid by using hs-CRP quartile.[Results]The levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C significant increased with the increasing of Hs-CRP,while HDL-C level showed significant increased with the decreasing of Hs-CRP. The risk of high TC,high TG、high LDL-C and low HCL-C increased with the increasing of Hs-CRP.[Conclusion]The abnormal of blood lipid metabolism was associated with the inflammatory reaction.
