This paper describes a new rotary fixture with new components and automatic fixture based on the theory of locating and clamping of traditional fixture. With this type of fixture, the clamped part can rotate around axis A so that the application scope of machining center can be enlarged. This type of fixture has been proved to be reliable in application, simple and reasonable in design and very practical
