Abstract
Recovery way was used to improve detection accuracy of organophosphorus pesticide residues in spinach.Three concentration gradients of 10 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide, like dichlorvos, methamidophos, omethoate, chlorpyrifos and so on,were added to fresh spinach with no detectable pesticides.Organophosphorus pesticide were detected by gas chromatography detection with reference to the NY/T 761-2008.The results showed that the average recovery rates of the 10 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide were 77.4% ~107.9%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.1% ~ 8.5%,and the minimum detectable limit was 0.007~ 0.019 mg/kg.All results of this test were consistent with the national pesticide residues determination requirements.
