Abstract
The hepatic vein is the only drainage of the hepatic venous blood. It is charactered by multitude number, inequality of size and debouches to the inferior vena cava respectively, which is different from the form of other veins that join orderly into a bole vein to leave the organs. Through explaining the form, spot and the appearance of opening of the abouchement into the inferior vena cava, the relationship between the hepatic veins and the portal vein, the caliber and the hepatic vein anastomosis of the hepatic veins, in order to provide an anatomic foundation to the hepatic segment ectomy, the interventional treatment, especially handling of the hepatic veins in the donator and the recipient during transplantation of liver, and for clinical application information.
