Abstract
The architecture of an all-digital QAM demodulator for DVB-C, which is easy to implement digitally, is proposed in this paper, and the carrier recovery, symbol synchronization and adaptive equalization included in this architecture are explained. The performance of the demodulator under the condition of AWGN channel is shown by simulation. Simulation demonstrates that the receiver has a good performance.
