Pilot experiment of the preparation process of borax from ulexite in Qinghai-Tibet region

Abstract
The preparation process of borax, taking ulexite, industrial standard sodium carbonate and sodium hydrocarbonate as raw material,was introduced. The result showed that resolution ratio was not below 98% and the recovery ratio was not below 90% and the product's quality matched with the best state standard GB/T537-97.
