Abstract
Dazhuangzi gold deposit occurs at contact zone of Jiaolai basin and Jiaobei terrane and includes mainly altered rock and quartz vein type ores.Systematic researches on trace elements of the deposit are carried out to predict ore to its depth. The results show that metallogeny of the deposit is dominated by medium hydrothermal stage and Au is closely related to Pb,Zn,Ag,Cu representing medium temperature and Hg representing low temperature and is more closely correlated to low temperature elements than high temperture elements. The deposit is shallowly eroded and mining remains at the deposit top and considerable ore volume occurs to depth.
