Abstract
Aim:To observe the advantages and disadvantages of ionic and nonionic iodinated contrast media in hepatic post contrast of scans. Methods:Divided 10 0 cases of hepatic post contrast CT scans chosen continuously into two groups at random, injected 70 m L contrast media using a standard hand- generated bolus technique and observed the side effects, the change of CT number and the enhanced effects. Results:Compared with nonionic iodinated contrast media, the ionic iodinated contrast media are better in enhanced effects, and more obvious to side effects. Conclusion:The advantages of ionic iodinated contrast media include:1low cost;2 better enhanced effect;3 more helpful for the differentiation of hepatic diseases
