Abstract
Currently,the major cities in the construction of the carbon trading market have shown a fierce competitive situation.Beijing's goal is to become the country's largest carbon emissions trading market, we must be far-sighted,and deepen the reform to promote the sustainable development of the carbon trading market.On the basis of analysis of the status of the carbon trading market in Beijing,we should adhere to market-oriented;strive to enhance the market competitiveness of the carbon trading market. Finally the paper presents the important ways to achieve carbon trading market in Beijing as follows:1 ) to focus on the fairness of the initial allocation of carbon trading quotas;2) to improve the structure of the carbon trading market;3 ) to encourage widening financing channels;4 ) to promote the market equilibrium transaction price;5 ) to increase the means of carbon trading.
