Clinical Application of CT-guided Percutaneous Coaxial Biopsy for Neck Lesions

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and operative methods of CT-guided puncture biopsy in diagnostic of neck lesions in primary hospital.Method:13 patients with were neck lesions were performed puncture biopsy,analyzed accuracy of samples and complication. Result:The rate of successful was 100%,the rate of disease diagnosis was 85%(11/13),frequency rate of complication was 15%.Conclusion:CT-guided percutaneous biopsy with coaxial core biopsy needle is a simple,safe and accurate method for diagnosis of neck lesions. It may be used in primary hospitals with good conditions.
