Abstract
Objective Investigate the treatment of limbs with severe soft tissue avulsion injury the clinical efficacy of wound vacuum-assisted closure(VSD).Methods From January 2011 in our hospital using the VSD technology treatment of limbs with severe soft organization avulsion injury wound 17 cases(22 wounds),upper limb 4 cases(5 wounds),lower limb 13 cases(17 wounds).Results The postoperative follow-up to the wound healing in 2 weeks.Using the VSD to the wound and skin grafting an average of 14 days(5~30 days),during this period in patients with average use of VSD surgery 2.5 times(1~4 times).16 wounds stamp-like skin graft healed completely;6 wounds using free flap transfer skin graft survived completely.Conclusion VSD technology can significantly promote the growth of granulation tissue,help control the infection,wounds,severe soft tissue avulsion of the effective way.
