Abstract
The Act of Administrative Lawsuithave been implement for more than 10 years.The main problems in practice are,the quantity of administrative is less, the quantity of judicial implementing lawsuit is more,the percent of withdrawing prosecution is high. The main problems in legislation are,the subject of proccess isn't undoubtedly,the range of accepting lawsuit is narrow,the jurisdiction isn't proper,the judging kinds isn't complete.
