Evaluation on diagnosis and preoperative staging of 30 gastric cancer

Objective To evaluate the value of MSCT in the diagnosis and staging of gastric cancer.Methods Analyzed retrospectively the CT findings of 30 gastric cancers which were confirmed by endoscopy or pathology.T staging,N staging,the general classification of advanced gastric cancer were performed and the CT findings were compared with the pathology after surgery..Results CT staging of the 30 patients with gastric cancer,2 T1 stage,12 T2 stage,13 T3 stage,3 T4 stage;9 N0 stage,10 N1 stage,11 N2 stage.14 patients were compared with the pathology,of T staging,9 cases were consistent with the pathology,4 cases below the pathological stage,1case higher than the pathological stage;of N staging,and 9 cases were consistent with pathological staging,5 cases below the pathological N stage.Conclusions MSCT has important clinical values in gastric cancer.
