In order to support this work, it is necessary to understand the characteristic of its documentation and information needs and use, to analysis the situation of d ocumentation and information in support of information evaluation in library res ource development, and to adjust and improve different elements in resource deve lopment system so that the resource development can be met the demands of users as well as the information needs of information evaluation.
