Application of UML in the Software Development

Abstract

In this paper UML was introduced briefly. Then an example -the automatic service system was build to study the process of object-oriented analysis and design using the UML and display how to use the UML in the software development. The example described software development process using UML by several diagrams. System requirement was gotten by use -case diagram and activity diagram. Class diagram described the system object and the relation. Sequence diagram described how the relational object realized use case by interaction.
