Abstract

Humanistic quality education(HQE) refers to a kind of education on life attitude,philosophy as well as personality culture.The goal of HQE is to edify humanistic spirit and cultivate humanistic quality.At present time when talent is regarded as the most important strategic resource,humanistic quality has become a significant factor to pursue development,enhance competency for a person,an enterprise,even a state.The characters of higher vocational education require the colleges not only to pay attention to students' special skill training,but also to their humanistic quality education in order to realize a prompt sound development of higher vocational students.
