Abstract
In accordance with the traditional view of jurisprudence,the legal relationship is the main of the rights and obligations of the subjects,one of the constituent elements.In this article,aiming at the many kinds of expressions of object of legal relation,on the basis of the analysis to the original theories,it analyzes the structure of the object,thus emphasizies the prevalence of a double object.
