Abstract
By analyzing the conception of value,this essay points out that to recognize the intrinsic of nature actually mistakes the law of biological suitability of natural beings as their innate purpose fulness,therefore has its limitation.Moreover,the theory presumes natural kind beings possess subjectivity,which also leads to the default of pan-subjectification and isolation from practice.The value is unique to human beigns and innate to human nature.It is the self-affirmation of human agency for practice.The putting forward of the conception of value of nature is of inspiring significance for us to go beyond the traditional valuse.
