Abstract

For adapting to the high-speed and multivariate market need, a new organization pattern--Virtual Enterprise has emerged. This paper mainly introduces the horizontal management mode of virtual enterprise, probes into how to utilize the virtual enterprise to realize the diversified management, and expounds the function and management of the virtual enterprise.
