Abstract

Objective: To explore the roles of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-1,-6 and-8 in FAP of rats. Methods: FAP models of rats were established. The changes of TNF-α,IL-1,-6 and-8 in serum were determined at all time points(0,6,12,24,48,72 and 120 hours).PM and dry and wet ratio were analyzed. Results: There was significant difference between two groups on PM and dry and wet ratio from all time points(P0.01).Serum IL-1 increased and peaked at 6 hours, and decreased to normal level gradually. The level of serum TNF-α was bimodal pattern increase.IL-6 and8 both increased and peaked at 24 hours, then decreased to normal level gradually. Conclusion: In rat FAP models, the levels of TNF-α,IL-1(initiator),-6 and-8 increase.
