The Experience of Comminuted Patellar Fracture Treated with Aponeurosis Sutured with Silk Thread at Side of Patellar Combined Nitinol Poly Patellar Device

Objective:To research the experience of treating comminuted patellar fracture with aponeurosis sutured with silk thread at side of patellar combined nitinol poly patellar device(NT-PC).Method:We reducted comminuted patellar fracture with anterier patellar transverse tainter incision,then fixed the patellar fracture by discontinuous suture with 10# silk thread.In the mean whole NT-PC were appllied early function training exercises were adopted.Result:98 cases comminuted patellar fracture were bone union.The better rate of knee joint was 96.9%,There's good joint function.Conclusion:There's effective in treating comminuted patellar fracture with aponeurosis sutured with silk thread at side of patellar combined nitinol poly patellar device.It has the advantages of convinient to operate,keep the patellar whole,with better fixation of fracture site,early function training for patients.
