On the Relation of the Korean War with the Rise of China International Status

The Chinese victory in the Korean War against American invasion of Korea greatly raised China's status in international affairs. Thus it was factually made clear that China was a firm carrier out of its stated political positions in international affairs, that the war paved the way for the People's Republic of China to be justly restored in the UN, that China impressed with its support for Korea against the US army as a strong country and that the war meant an end to the history of Chinese subjugation to unjust pacts with foreign powers.
