Abstract

The piston-liner-coolant system of engine is a fluid-solid coupled,which includes solid heat transfer problem and computational fluid dynamics problem.How to confirm the internal boundary condition is a difficulty for above fluid-solid coupling heat transfer system.This paper utilized coupling analysis method to study the whole system which included the solid parts and fluid,defined the internal boundary for the fluid-solid coupling system as a wall boundary which could automaticaly transfer the heat boundary condition.So there were only demanded exterior boundary conditions for simulation.This method was adapted to numerical simulation,which was used in 6130 diesel engine piston-liner-coolant system.Calculating results with this method and measuring values were very well accordant.
