Abstract

The state-owned enterprises' corporate governance had been influenced by deficient property right structure and encouraging and restraining system and caused low efficiency,even social conflict.State-owned investment corporations will benefit to regulate state-owned enterprises' corporate governance for their market place and industry characters.
