On the guarantee and realization of the the principal position of party members

Abstract

Party members are the base of the Party,the subject of the cause and the construction work of the Party.However,in the daily construction and work of our Party,it is obvious that the main role of the Party members hasn't been fully and completely played.As a result,we must see the urgency and importance that it is high time to innovate the Party's building theories,abandon those concepts and stereotypes which are our of date,and to establish the new system which aims to preserve the vital position of the Party members as well as their rights on the democracy in the Party.Only by those means can we make remarkable progress in our inner-party democracy.
