Analysis on the Role of Government in the School-enterprise Cooperation:Base on Synergy Theory

From the view of the world,experience and mode of the development of vocational education,school-enterprise cooperation is the key to achieve seamless connection between school education and the demand of enterprise for talente.At present,Chinese vocational education has entered to a new transition that the aim of the development from pursuit of quantity to quality.The school-enterprise cooperation has become a core strategy for the development of vocational education,various vocational schools actively seek the opportunity to cooperate with enterprise.However,due to the lack of the dynamic power,the protection of the law,the effective operation mechanism and so on,the school-enterprise cooperation make little effect.Therefore,the thesis based on Synergy theory,analysis of the functions of government in the school-enterprise cooperation,put forward a few suggestions to Promot school-enterprise cooperation play overall effect of 1+12.
