Abstract

Immunoelectron microscopy is an important technique in cellular and molecular biology research.This method can accurately determine the localization a specific protein or lipid at the ultrastructural level.However,the quantitative immunoelectron microscopy is necessary in some research.In this paper,we briefly introduced some basic principles and practical applications of quantitative immunoelectron microscopic method.
