Abstract
This article introduced Piaget' s Genetic Epistemology generally exploring the philosophical basis of his Genetic Epistemology and Structuralism and Life System Theory. Piage absorbed several philosophers' ideas, such as Kant's Subjective Activity and The knowledge is constructed; Hegel' s Entirety and Unity and Dislectics; Aristoteles' s logical category and law and also absorbed the nutrition of Structuralism and Life System Theory, Which ultimately became the elixir of Genetic Epistemology and the nuclear idea of constructivism. By studying the source of his Epistemlolgy theory, we can understand deeply the basic meaning of educational thought of Piaget, and understand the reason why constructivism became the main theory basic of present educational reform.
