Abstract
Since the end of the cold war which aroused a great change of the world situation,there has been a deep change and adjustment of the Socialist Party and social democracy in various countries.Its tortuous course can represent the struggle among various international political thoughts.On the occasion of the dramatic changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern,it is more practical significance for us to look back on and analyze this change.
