Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and adverse effects of fasudil combined of nimodipine on the prevention of delayed cerebral vasospasm in patients after aneurysm operation. Methods To collect patients after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and under go aneurysm operation in our hospital between 2010 ~ 2012 who were divided into three groups. In the treatment group patients were treated with fasudil combined of nimodipine, while in the control A group with fasudil singly and in the control B group with nimodipine singly.Symptomatic cerebral vasospasm occurrence and adverse reactions were observed in two weeks in the three groups. Results In the treatment group, symptomatic cerebral vasospasm occurred in 1 case while in the control A group,3 cases occurred and in the control B group,5 cases occurred. The difference was statistically significant(P 0.05) among three groups. The adverse reactions was no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of fasudil combined of nimodipine is better than fasudil and nimodipine singly and the safety is equivalent.
