Abstract
Four high lipase-producing microbes were separated and screened from petroleum contaminated soil.Orthogonal experiment was used for four strains lipase fermentation conditions optimization.The results showed that various carbon species and oil content affected greatly to the enzyme production; the D4 strain had the highest activity which can reach 51.667U/ml.However the A6 strain producing activity was the lowest with 23.334U/ml.The experiment can be used for further theoretical foundation of lipase industrial production.
