Clinial observation of nicorandil in 31 patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of nicorandil and isosorbide dinitrate in patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.Methods:65 patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease were divided into two groups randomly.31 in nicorandil group and 34 in isosorbide dinitrate group.they were evaluated through clinical symptoms and ECG after two months.Results:The nicorandil group were better than isosorbide dinitrate group after two months.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of nicorandil was better than that of isosorbide dinitrate in patients with angina pectforis due to coronary heart disease.
