Abstract
Studies the effects of concentration of different NAA on rooting of tissue culture see- dling of 7 chrysanthemum cultivars. The results showthat optimized rooting media is 1/2MS+0.1mg/ LNAA, and rooting quality is best in thismedia. Otherwise, compared rooting effectswith sticking in way of tissue culture seedling to rooting on media. Presents relative factors we should notice to transplant tissue culture seedling and enhance survival percentage.
