Abstract
FeAPO-5,FeSAPO-5 and NbFeSAPO-5 zeolite catalysts are synthesized and their structure are characterized by XRD,FTIR and NMR.Results show that these catalysts possess the structure of(AlPO_4-5) zeolite and Fe,Si and Nb have been embedded in the zeolite structure.The catalytic oxidation and catalytic esterification performances of NbFeSAPO-5 catalyst are studied with pyruvic and methanol as raw material.The results indicate that Fe helps to improve the catalytic oxidation performance while Si,Nb(atoms) improve the acidity and catalytic esterification performance.The NbFeSAPO-5 catalyst is regarded a bifunctional catalyst because it catalyzed both oxidation and esterification reactions.
