Comprehensive intervention on reducing the complications of acute pancreatitis complicated with myocardial damage clinical study

OBJECTIVE To explore the comprehensive nursing intervention to reduce acute pancreatitis combined with myocardial damage and other complications of clinical effect.METHODS From September 2007-December 2011,167 patients with acute pancreatitis complicated with myocardial damage methods were selected in our hospital and treated by nursing methods.According to different nursing methods,the two groups of patients were divided into the observation group(n = 78) and control group(n = 89).The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention model,and the control group with routine nursing model.We compared two groups of patients in terms of hospitalization time and complications.RESULTS The clinical effect of observation group was better than the control group,and there was significant difference(P﹤ 0.05);The knowledge rate and degree of satisfaction to the nursing work in the comprehensive nursing intervention group were 93.6%,96.2%,76.4% and 85.4%,and which was significanly higher than those in the control group(P﹤0.05);The control group during the hospitalization the incidence of complications were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P ﹤ 0.05).CONCLUSION The comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical outcome of patients,reduce the length of various complications during production
