Abstract

Based on field experiment, the changes of the nutrient elements accumulation in milled grain and the yield of aromatic rice were studied by spraying zinc and other multiple nutrient elements and at the same time, the mechanism underlying the changes of grain yield was analyzed from the aspects of photosynthesis and carbohydrate accumulation. The results showed that the grain yield and the content of zinc and other nutrient elements in milled rice were significant improved by spraying zinc and other related nutrient elements on heading stage and followed on the 7th and 14th day after the heading stage.By spraying zinc and other multiple nutrient elements such as magnesium, kalium, iron, manganin, copper, cobalt, molybdenum and boron, the photosynthesis rate and chlorophyll content of flag leaf and the content of soluble sugar and starch in developing grain were obviously improved during the middle and late grain filling stage, which led to the improved filled grain percent, filled grains per panicle and 1000-grain weight and as a result the aromatic rice grain yield was significantly improved.
