Abstract
A method of solid phase microextraction(SPME)coupled to gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS)for detection of bisphenol A in landfill leachate was developed.The impact factors of SPME such as extraction fiber,pH value,extraction time and salt content of samples were optimized.Results indicated that the optimized SPME was obtained under the conditions of pH 2.0,20% salt content of sample,extraction 60min with an 85μm polyacrylate(PA)fiber.The linearity of method was 0.1~100μg/L with a detection limit of 0.03μg/L and precision of 6.6%.The method was used to monitor the contents of bisphenol A in Datianshan Landfill leachate,Guangzhou.
