Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of chromosomal abnormalities on oligospermia and azoospermia. Methods: Chromosomal karyotypes were examined in 199 male patients with oligospermia and azoospermia history by periphery blood lymphocyte culture and G banding. Results: Chromosomal abnormalities were checked out in 20 patients(10.1%). Conclusion: chromosomal abnormalities play an important role in oligospermia and azoospermia.
