The youth is the hope of the nation,is the key to the social sustainable development,strengthening the moral construction of the young people,cultivating the correct world outlook,outlook on life,values has a great significance.The youth who has a special background of the Sichuan disaster after immigration district,due to migration into new communities,the living environment occur significant changes,economic material level,community level,cultural environment level change of new move adolescents produced various effects.In order to better cultivate teenagers moral,strengthen ideological education of young people,eliminating the external adverse factors,family,school and community should be closely integrated to form a linkage mechanism play together,altogether to build the teenagers' moral development project.
