The Binary Structure Between Town and Country and the Peasants' Modernization

Under the strategy of traditional modernization,we built a primary industrial system,which is based on the poor agricultural country,however,the strategy is put on the premise of neglecting peasants' rights,thus our country turns into an binary society,which prevents the peasants realizing modernization in the labor flowing,ID transition and psychological changes. To make the peasants' modernization realize,we should take the following measures. Change the traditional registered permanent residence,develop the economy in rural areas,and enrich the intellectual civilization in rural areas.
