Embedded Linux Device Drivers Development

Abstract

With Linux operating system being already more and more acceptable,many enterprises apply Linux as development platform.The concept of Linux device drivers program is mainly elaborated and the general module framework and particular development process of the device drivers under embedded Linux are dissected in the article.The relationship between Linux device driver and kernel is illustrated.Furthermore,how to design and program the modulesized device drivers under embedded Linux are expounded by examples.Moreover,the core code is explained.
