Curative effect observation on treating lower extremity deep vein thrombosis by urokinase

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of urokinase treating on 40 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.Methods:40 lower extremity deep vein thrombosis patients were injected with normal saline 50～100 mL plus urokinase through distal affected limb(300 000～500 000 U once daily,course of treatment 5～10 days).Curative effect and adverse reactions should be close observed during the treatment period.Results:The clinical effective rate was 87.5%.Conclusion:Inorder to improve the cure rate,it is necessary to early presentation,early intravenous thromlolysis and to strengthen crowds health education.
