Abstract

There are 16 stations on the No.I line of the Guangzhou Metro with a total length of 18.48 km.A lot of supporting techniques for the deep foundation pit were used in the construction of Guangzhou metro's 14 underground stations.Based on the investigation and research of these supporting techniques in construction site,the paper expounds the different mode of the supporting structures and their construction methods,and analyzes their application effects.The corresponding conclusions on the supporting design and construction methods for deep foundation pit which are suitable for different geological conditions of Guangzhou metro are also proposed.
