Abstract

To evaluate the clinical effect of accelerated percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).24 patients underwent accelerated PCI,36 patients underwent direct PCI,contrast the effect of infarction related artery(IRA) recanalization and the function of left ventricular.Until coronary artery graphic(CAG),the accelerated PCI is superior to direct PCI in both IRA recanalizaton and left ventricular function.[Conclusion]The accelerated PCI is safe, benefit for IRA recanalizaton and left ventricular function.
