Application of amnion transplantation in conjunctival sac plasty

Abstract

objective: To explore the application of amnion transplantation in conjunctival sac plasty. Methods Amnion transplantation in conjunctival sac plasty were used in 12 cases of total symblepharon and 13 cases of conjunctival sac atrophy. Results 25 pieces of transplanted amnion are all survived. Conclusion Amnion transplantation for conjunctival sac plasty reveals lots of superiority.
