Abstract
Turkey has become the new user of antidumping in international trade and is now the top 9 among the ten leading countries in antidumping cases during 1995-2008.However,the share of Turkey's antidumping cases against China over its total antidumping cases remains the highest in the world.This paper summarizes the new trend of antidumping in Turkey and examines the factors that affect its antidumping behavior.It is found that antidumping in Turkey is affected by both macro-economic factors and retaliatory motivation.
